Harry Edward Styles is an English musician, singer, and musician. He was one of the members of One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on 1 February 1994, he is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where he created his own group of musicians with 3 schoolmates, which was dubbed the White Eskimo. Their excellent performances helped them take home in the Battle of Bands 2009. He was always interested in music. However, he would like to work as an attorney or a physical therapist. To support his family, he worked some time at a baker's shop. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 in The X Factor. Because of this, his band needed to be split. The audition was held on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join the group that was to be named One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to join the group in 2010. During the competition the band played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls to win the contest. They came third behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal to One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
